Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overall project and site coordination
  • Ensure product deliverable are completed on time and on schedule
  • Provide QC/QA suggestions
  • Reports to Director and Project manager
  • Assists and coordinates project team on general administration and operations
  • Own and manage projects from initial stage till completion
  • Controls and monitors all architectural and construction activities over the projects
  • Perform regular site inspections and attends site meetings

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years or above experience in site supervision, project management or related field
  • Diploma or above in interior design, building studies or related discipline
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and team leading skills 
  • Good command in written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Travel upon request
  • Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered for the role of Project Coordinator
