Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business administration support to our property management and development business in Mainland China
  • Liaise with internal departments and local offices to coordinate and follow up progress of projects, proposals and approvals
  • Prepare memorandum, minutes, policies, procedures, summaries and reports
  • Assist to study, review and comment proposals, including verification of business figures, compliance of company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Property Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience gained in sizeable property developers
  • Knowledgeable in Legal and Engineering will be an added advantage
  • Proactive, detail-minded, with good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent in Putonghua
  • Occasional travel to Mainland China is required

 We work 5 days per week.
