Job Description


  • Support Manager in town planning and business development works
  • Prepare planning researches and studies to identify potential development sites
  • Assist in undertaking feasibility studies on existing property portfolio or selected potential development sites
  • Assist in processing town planning applications, lease modification / land exchange
  • Handle any ad hoc projects assigned by supervisors


  • Bachelor degree in Town Planning, Real Estate or related disciplines
  • MHKIP or relevant professional qualifications is preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experiences
  • Solid experience in town planning and research of Hong Kong
  • Ability to work independently with good analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates without professional qualification will be considered as Senior Property Development Officer
