Job Description

Responsibilities: -

  • Carry out property management service and building operation enhancement
  • Lead the on-site teams carrying out quality property management service and building operation
  • Enhance customer service and contractor performance
  • Monitor the building maintenance projects in quality, effective and efficient basis
  • Plan and lead the teams providing efficient property management service and building operation
  • Liaise with various parties for quality property management service and building operation works projects
  • Carry out procurement exercise and tendering for property management service and building operation
  • Enhance contract management in cost-effective basis
  • Prepare budget and carry out cost control
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements: -

  • Degree holder in property management, real estate or related disciplines
  • Professional memberships in property management, real estate, building services, project management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in property management or real estate with 5 years' related working experience in managerial level 
  • Experience in property management of non-domestic property portfolio and monitoring works projects
  • Possess managing and leadership skill
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Work independently, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
  • Familiar with MS word , Excel & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
