Position: Assistant Property Manager

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

• Develop and implement property management strategy including policies and procedures
• Contribute to resident satisfaction and the achievement of property goals
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure apartment turnovers, moves-in, move-outs, and work order requests are completed to company standards
• Negotiate, monitor and review vendor contracts for outsourced services
• Assist Accounts Receivable collection efforts on a monthly basis
• Maintain records for Purchase Orders, Service Contracts
• Review invoices, vendor service, material charges and processing for payment
• Assist with general administrative tasks including filing; data entry; preparing spreadsheets and reports; etc.
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in related estate / property related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, YARDI®
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and time management skills
