Job Description

Responsibilities: - 

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining quality management system
  • Handle customers complaint and identify their needs, major in cleaning service
  • Able to communicate the customer requirement to service providers
  • Monitor the service quality of various working locations
  • Identify areas for improvement and do follow up work with internal parties to provide good customer experience
  • Responsible for internal audit work
  • Provide training and coaching to internal parties

Requirements: -

  • Degree in Quality Management or related discipline
  • Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in cleaning service industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
