Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory/Safety management of Vitamin & Supplement products and Infant Nutrition products for Asia Pacific Regions.
  • Establish and implement regional regulatory/safety guideline with other regional and country regulatory team.
  • Liaise with and guide the oversea principles regulatory affairs officer to ensure quick and quality submission of registration/notification dossiers.
  • Work with regional team to review and approve all packaging materials and marketing tools to comply with global regulation.
  • Develop and manage regional regulatory strategies to smooth products market access.
  • Review safety data and perform safety assessment as required per regional regulation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments regionally to facilitate product development and sales.
  • Ensure regional regulatory compliance in liaison with local regulations and corporate policies, regional procedures and multifunction team as directed.
  • Prepare and implement the annual regional registration/notification plan according to business need and dossier readiness.
  • Coordinate post marketing surveillance and AE reporting/analysis.
  • Be in direct contact with the regional Health Authorities.
  • Conduct as requested regulatory/safety activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in health-related science, life science; Pharmacy or Medical degree desirable. 
  • Solid experience in similar field/job function for 4-5 years in multinational FMCG companies.
  • Consumer nutrition products experience will be an added bonus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, well-organized and be able to work independently and be a team player.
  • Good multitasking and problem solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of technical regulation (testing and specification) and GMP, GVP & GCP.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
  • More experienced candidate will be considered as Regulatory Affairs Manager.
