About the company. 

Our client is a renowned Developer with new-built various properties in Hong Kong. To support the upcoming residential projects, they are now looking for experienced individual for the Assistant Sales operation Manager/ Senior Officer (residential)position in Hong Kong.

About the job.

You will have to conduct market research and product analysis, research innovative idea and execute in product and develop marketable product to drive market needs and create demand. Execution of sales strategies for property projects and closely working with Public Relations agencies, advertising agencies, media, editors and reporters are also expected.

Skills & Experiences Required.

  • Degree/ HD in Real Estate, Surveying, Architectural or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 7 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong market sense and preference
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
