Job Description
Our client:
A global leading telecommunication service provider. They are now looking for an Assistant Operation Manager to support the daily sales operation and customer enquiries to B2B/B2C clients. Candidate with CS experience in Telecom is highly preferred.
Your role:
- Support the operations of the department and online platform, follow up customer’s number activation, re-issuance of SIM Card, delivery, and packaging etc.
- Respond promptly to the inquiries, suggestions and complaints from customers and colleagues, and introduce our online platform and services (products, policies, etc.)
- Support staffs' mobile number activation and services inquiries
- Help colleagues to maintain and establish customer relationships, achieve long-term cooperation, help to build a relationship with customers to create high-level loyalty, including B to B and B to C services.
- Host monthly CS meetings, collect daily operational problems, optimize our online platform and services with IT.
- Assist CS team and analysis CS team’s work.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- 3 year or above relevant experience in telecommunications/customer services field ispreferred.
- Working experience in Telecom industry is a plus.
- Good command of written & spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- Aggressive, self-motivated with strong desire to success and good communication skills
