Job Description

A leading international Brand is now hiring for an Assistant Retail Operations Manager to join their team on a 6 months project.

Candidates with prior Retail / Sales Operations experience is a must. This is a great opportunity to gain work experience at a world leading brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all matters related to store planning
  • Launch the necessary call for bids and select supplier
  • Involve in Company's procurement team for the biggest scale project
  • Follow all the matters related to temporary store during renovation Controllable cost monitoring
  • Define the budget needs for the full year
  • Ensure all invoices and quotes received are in good order, and following up on payment process
  • Consistently adhere and enforce the Company's operational policies and procedures
  • Ensure all boutiques meet and follow the compliance standards and guidelines from HQ and Group
  • Liaise with external contractor and monitor on service and supplies are delivered at agreed level
  • Manage all invoicing tasks with HQ/ Supplier (security/ cleaning)/ Local finance
  • Be the link between HQ and boutiques for the topics negotiated centrally or topics involving HQ
  • Liaise with all request from the Company's finance/ compliance related to discount (monthly report/ approval)Commission calculation for boutique staff
  • Monthly commission check and calculation for boutique staff, including the one off incentive scheme held by HQ and provide suitable format for the commission file
  • Liaise with HR, local finance and boutiques team for all matters related to commission
  • Prepare reporting and analysis to Retail team. Compile and produce sales analysis and other performance indicators related reports according to schedule (Monthly sales report, weekly stock report, staff sales performance report, ad hoc analysis etc)
  • active contribution to annual business plan and quarterly business review
  • Organisation of the annual events involving boutique teams (Annual retail seminar and annual retail dinner)
