Job Description

A world leading trading company is looking for an Assistant Social Compliance Manager (factory audit) to join their young and dynamic team.


  • Drive the implementation of the internal compliance audit program
  • Developing and executing the company's brand protection audit strategy to help to mitigate risk and comply with company and customer requirement.
  • Ensure social compliance through regular inspections and reporting.
  • Review, analyze and report compliance discrepancies for all facilities and suppliers and follow up on CAP
  • Coordinate with global procurement team, global quality team & social compliance team for updating supplier status.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience on Social Compliance audits in China is a must and excellent knowledge in China law / social audit requirement. Experience in other countries will be an advantage
  • Experience on Brand Protection, Supply Chain, Quality or Compliance takes an advantage
  • 3 -5 years of related experience in garment or trims manufacturing field
  • Excellent presentation skills & communication skills in both oral and written English
  • Willing to travel
