Job Description


The Tasks: 

  • Reporting to Senior Human Resources Manager, take initiative to formulate, drive & implement Talent Development programs for HK office
  • Plan & design leadership and management development solutions to instill leadership behaviors and create engaging learning experience
  • Bring talent development initiatives to support and strengthen leadership capabilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify training needs to address people development needs for organizational development sustainability
  • Source, identify and manage training consulting firm for training programs delivery
  • Conduct & manage end-to-end talent review process, organize Management Associates & Summer Internship Program to build the talent pipeline
  • Maintain and enhance corporate branding. Create unique onboarding experience to engage new joiners from first day of work
     

The Person:  

  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in talent management, leadership development or organizational development, gained from sizable multi-national companies
  • Certificate in well proven training programs and psychometric assessments, such as 360, MBTI, DISC is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, think out of the box and willing to challenge status quo
  • Well-organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese with good PC skills
