Job Description

The Department

Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.


The Job

You will:

  • Be owner of the process of services and materials procurement in the form of club-wide contracts for property facility management (PFM), from tracking status to contract closures, following applicable procedures and standards.
  • work with all stakeholders to resolve any contract issues in on-going operation.
  • work closely with various HKJC departments and sections to manage property facility management contracts.
  • coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including government authorities for necessary contracts for licensing renewal and related issues.
  • support the continuous development of Maintenance Asset Management Strategies and planning of the execution of maintenance services planning work, including Compliance & safety elements.
  • support the continuous improvements of Property CMMS (Computerized Maintenance management system)
  • support management of PFM Financial cycles including budgeting, cost monitoring and reporting, and related continuous improvements.
  • develop key performance indicators to monitor the various operation performance within the job’s purview
  • continuously improve relevant processes.



About You

You should have:

  • a degree in Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying / Environment Management or related technical disciplines
  • at least 6 years relevant experience in  property facility management
  • practical experience in operating Maximo, Oracle or other computerized maintenance management systems would be an advantage
  • knowledge in delivery of facility management technical services
  • good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications especially MS Excel.


Terms of Employment

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
