Job Description

  • Provide all-rounded support to Executive Office, covering both clerical and non-clerical duties.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively & independently.
  • Organize and coordinate business/social calendars and travel itineraries.
  • Gain exposure in all aspects of our businesses through learning and research.
  • Co-ordinate and follow up issues with internal teams.
  • Attend business meetings and functions in Hong Kong and overseas.


Job Requirements

  • University graduate, preferably in business admin / hospitality / marketing discipline.
  • Fresh graduate acceptable, but relevant working experience will be an advantage
  • Willing to learn and take up responsibility.
  • Must be systematic, detail-oriented and result-driven.
  • Presentable with outgoing and pleasant personality.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (both spoken and written).
  • Willing to travel (incl. Mainland China).
