Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • provide full support to General Manager
  • assist the General Manager to manage the daily business operations and tackle problems 
  • generate various kind of business reports for management to review
  • maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external parties
  • participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience,ideally with project coordination/project management
  • Prior experience in Engineering/Manufacturing/Fitting-out will be a plus 
  • Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing
  • Independent, well-organized, self-motivated, mature and able to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility and passionate to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill in English and Chinese
