Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Perform general secretarial services to the Manager.
  • Assist in preparation of brochures, posters, catalogues, product labels etc.
  • Assist in sourcing and ordering souvenirs and gifts for retail shop or special/festive occasion.
  • Assist in exhibition/sales promotion preparation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Higher Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or other discipline.
  • 1-2 years of secretarial experience.
  • Fresh graduate with lesser working experience with also be considered.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel.  Knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Organized, independent, flexible and responsible.
  • Immediately available preferred.
