The incumbent will support sales training development of our newly developed learning academy and deliver trainings across our Asia offices. The incumbent will provide trainings to all levels of staff, from junior sales member to Sales Directors level within the APAC region and equipped them with necessary skills & competencies to execute their role and over achieve results. This will include basic selling skills, account management, business development and leadership etc. He / She will need to participate regional projects and work closely with business leaders and HR to drive the overall people strategy in Asia.
