Job Description


The incumbent will support sales training development of our newly developed learning academy and deliver trainings across our Asia offices. The incumbent will provide trainings to all levels of staff, from junior sales member to Sales Directors level within the APAC region and equipped them with necessary skills & competencies to execute their role and over achieve results. This will include basic selling skills, account management, business development and leadership etc. He / She will need to participate regional projects and work closely with business leaders and HR to drive the overall people strategy in Asia.



  • Design and deliver training programmes in the areas of basic selling skills, sales planning, pipeline management and sales leadership for staff in Asia countries
  • Conduct training need analysis by assessing the training needs of individuals through organization analysis, job analysis, surveys & interviews with employees, or consultations with departmental stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with Country Managers and Sales Directors, providing regular feedback and ensuring that their own coaching efforts are aligned with the wider approach
  • Identify internal sales trainer and conduct train-the-trainer workshop to strengthen the sales training capabilities across Asia
  • Review training effectiveness and provide quarterly training analysis report by assessing training programme results and participants’ feedback
  • Liaise with external learning consultants & vendors locally to explore all aspects of learning resources and solution proactively
  • Manage the administration of corporate academy including training portal updates, online enrolment, course enquiry handling, for enhancing a transparent communication with internal colleagues



  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales role individually or leading sale team
  • Highly motivated with demonstrable sales track records
  • Experience in training design and delivery in-house or externally an absolute advantage
  • Sound knowledge and experience of working with CRM systems (Salesforce) is preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated with good organizational and communication skills
  • A good team player, and comfortable with working independently and under ambiguity
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Fluent in oral and written English, Cantonese, Putonghua
  • Proficient in PC applications especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Frequent travel throughout Asia, particularly in mainland China
