Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Report to Team Head of the Corporate Services and take up the deputy role in the day-to-day supervision of the team in managing office premises and providing office services and support to internal customers
  • Monitor service standards provided by the team and outsourced vendors to ensure satisfaction of internal customers
  • Coordinate with different parties to gather information, and compile and manage contents in the departmental page and collaboration sites in the company's intranet
  • Coordinate to develop and manage update of policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and assist in streamlining and automation of processes, including identifying potential processes, detailing requirements, testing and implementation
  • Supervise preparation of department annual budget and subsequent monitoring
  • Coordinate and assist in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 
Job Requirements:
  • University graduate in business administration / management / commerce or equivalent 
  • At least 7 years relevant work experience. preferable in sizeable corporations
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Good business sense, and planning, organization. problem solving and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer service oriented mindset and ability to deal with different levels of internal and external parties
  • Willing to take ownership and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve the highest performance standards
  • Proficiency in Office applications, including word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software 
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and experience in implementing and managing web page contents an advantage
  • Experience in developing and writing policies and procedures, and improving processes an advantage
