Responsibilities 

• Responsible for planning and hands-on support for network infrastructure
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and recommend improvement to supervisor
• Manage network issues, prepare reports and support project initiatives
• Support and administer network security systems, Linux and Windows servers
• Liaise with vendors, manage project implementation and conduct testing
• Perform new package and patch installation and program deployment
• Develop Unix scripts for daily operations and perform data backup

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in network and system support
• Hands-on experience in Cisco and Juniper products, Radware Appwall, Defense Pro, Linkproof, etc.
• Solid Knowledge of Application software e.g. Apache, Unix email, HTML, Netbackup, etc.
• Experience in scripts programming preferred
• Good project and vendor management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
