Job Description

 Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle phone calls and greet visitors;
  • Handle local and overseas couriers;
  • Issue vouchers, handle ordering and purchasing, name cards printing and ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors, etc.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Administrative Management preferably;
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in banking industry;
  • Good PC skills and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Detail-minded, meticulous, punctual with positive attitude and good telephone manner;
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
