Provide customer support and hotline enquiries relating to securities and derivatives clearing and settlement (CCASS/DCASS/China Connect) of Clearing Participants as well as query from retail
investors with respect to Investor Account Service (IP).
Design and develop training/presentation materials focus on CCASS, DCASS and IP and to lead training sessions / seminars independently for internal teams and Clearing Participants
Keep abreast of participants’ service requirements on Hotline and Training services
Assist in projects/system enhancement and support user testing
Undertake other special or ad hoc projects as assigned
University Degree or equivalent qualifications
At least 3 years’ working experience in securities/derivatives clearing, settlement operation, hotline services and training delivery
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Conversant with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
