Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Participate in implementing consultancy services on
  1. Sustainability management, reporting and verification
  2. Compliance management
  3. Environmental and energy management
  4. Carbon audit and management
  5. Waste management
  • Assist in implementing large-scale environmental assessment and audit projects
  • Develop and promote new services to support industry sustainability
  • Support management in developing new business opportunities in relation to new sustainability standards and product sustainability
  • Liaise with industry partner and pursue collaboration for creating new services and enhancing effective implementation of programmes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Environmental Management, Sustainability, Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work individually and in a team environment
  • Occasional travel to Mainland may be required
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
