Job Description

Job Summary:

The Associate Manager, Corporate Citizenship assists in planning and execute strategies and tactics to ensure that Hong Kong Disneyland maintains a positive image within our community and is viewed as a responsible corporate citizen in corporate / community outreach, including

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining relationships with the non-profit sector and opinion leaders in social issues relating to child and family development, conversation, volunteerism, youth development as well as sick kids and families support;
  • Supporting HKDL’s community involvement program, the complimentary tickets, goods and services donations to the community;
  • Supporting the compassion programs related to service sick kids, in collaboration with other business units of TWDC and HKDL;
  • Supporting the secretariat of Disney VoluntEARs Leadership Council;
  • Supporting all volunteer activities for HKDL, in collaboration with Disney VoluntEARS Leadership Council;
  • Providing advisory to lines of business on community outreach issues
  • A key manager of the HKDL Ambassador program
  • A key manager of HKDL’s signature corporate citizenship initiatives, including:
    • Volunteering related programs from Give a Day Get a Disney Day operated by Agency for Volunteer Services;
    • Adopt a Garden and Nature Explorers operated by Jane Goodall Institute;
    • Food donation program operated by Foodlink.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Min. of 6 years of relevant experience in managing multiple outreach events and projects from sizable organizations
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Positive, engaging, innovative with sound problem solving skills
  • Communicative and be able to navigate the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft office such as PowerPoint and word
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills (English, Cantonese and Putonghua)
