About Our Client

Delighted to be working with an international law firm. As one of the top players in the market they are currently expanding their HR team and are looking to hire a high calibre to join their Learning and Development team to manage and execute global learning strategy and programmes across the APAC region.

Job Description

Reporting through to the Head of Learning, you will be designing and delivering trainings curriculum in accordance to Group strategy. You will be managing and reviewing talent development framework, targeting regional, local, and young talents to ensure robust leadership pipeline and talent pools. Your team will be overseeing Talent and Leadership development frameworks for both lawyers and corporate functions while delivering suitable trainings for each targetted group. As the key driver to execute workplans for Learning and Development function, you will also be exploring forward looking talent development solutions, providing effective advices and consultative services to the business.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proven leader with strong track record in Learning and Talent within legal or professional services. Also open for interested calibres from training consultancy who are looking to move inhouse.

Open for relocation within APAC to be based in Hong Kong. You must be highly proficient in both written and verbal Mandarin and English, with experience in delivering trainings in both languages as well.

This is a new role that has been created to cope with the rapid growth of the company and to design and deliver trainings for both Lawyers and corporate teams. You will have lots of flexibility in building training curriculum and developing new initiatives for the company. Such a role would suit a calibre who is ambitious and passionate in people development.
