Job Description


The Associate RSM of Distributor Development – Hong Kong is responsible for the business development and distributor growth of the Hong Kong Market.   This position is key to providing training, support, and leadership development of all markets identified to have a strong SeneGence presence and meet all sales and sponsoring goals.



  • Responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing business and Distributor Retention, and responsible for overall field growth and new distributors’ development. Implement company training procedures, tools and programs to support, motivate and strengthen Hong Kong Distributors in selling and sponsoring functions.  Assist and support in with the translation of company materials and presentations, and train distributors through their business development from New Distributor to Field Leader.
  • Teach established International Distributors how to teach, support and train their downline organization
  • Support field leadership levels with corresponding training tools and programs in conjunction with EVP of Global Sales and Development
  • Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly company events in country that educate, motivate and inspire distributors throughout the year
  • Set goals for leadership development and rank advancements with emerging leaders.
  • Set goals for achievement of incentive trips and other incentive programs monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Act as Company spokesperson in Hong Kong
  • Travel, as much as needed, for the promotion, execution and implementation of company goals and programs
  • Be available for unusual work hours that accommodate after hours events to recruit and train “working” distributors including evenings and weekends
  • Be available for working hours setting up and executing extraordinary corporate events, eg. Seminar, Leaders, etc.
  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales and sponsoring goals including but not limited to first line responsibility.



  • BS Degree in Business or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of direct marketing/selling experience
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills (both in native language and English)
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
  • Works well cross-functionally   Develops positive working partnerships with SeneGence Global Team Members.
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to maintain existing distributor relationships, grow new business and be responsible for overall country marketing efforts under the direction of the EVP Global Sales and Development
  • Must have experience in direct marketing, marketing communications and marketing/sales plan development
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a “Can Do” attitude
  • Able to travel as needed or required.  75% Travel
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
