The Associate Sales Director will be managing a large team and will be responsible for the further development and growth of the team. This role will be responsible for the annual budgeting plan and will be responsible for the overall sales activities on different sales channels. You will need to create new sales strategies and to ensure that the strategic plans, sales planning, and promotional strategies are executed in a timely and effective manner. You must effectively strengthen and grow the relationships with partners and to drive continous and long term partnerships. You will need to achieve companies' objectives and to grow the business.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience within the FMCG market. This position requires someone with strong people management skills, preferably managing a large team. Candidates with experiences amongst different sales channels such as key accounts and food services is preferred. You must have excellent communication, management and presentation skills. The successful candidate must have an analytical and strategic mindset. It is essential that you are an enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive person. Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory.
