Job Description

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Structured Finance team for deal screening, execution and post deal monitoring.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform high-yield and secured loan credit research, financial analysis, due diligence and prepare credit proposals;
  • Prepare investment memo for investment committee approval;
  • Assist to prepare term sheet, and liaise with internal and external parties for preparation of loan execution documents
  • Perform regular monitoring and stress testing of loan portfolio, expected loss assessment reporting, such as collateral value, borrowers’ financial status

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance, Economics or Accounting discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in finance & banking industry
  • Strong qualitative analytical skills and be able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
