Job Description

In view of the challenging economic and competitive environment, there is a need to hire a caliber to drive business transformation from internal to external parties in sales operation areas.  The candidate will report to VP in managing a team to handle sales logistics, service activation, inventory management and risk control so as to deliver professional service to our valuable customers.

The Job

  • Lead the team and work with business stakeholders to identify operational needs and implement the effective process flow in order to achieve the business objectives
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures on sales order processing, provisioning & warehouse management so as to fulfill company & credit policy, ensure operational efficiencies and customer friendliness
  • Drive business process re-engineering and compliance enhancement initiatives so as to improve productivity & customer experience as well as sales efficiency in accordance with business direction
  • Prepare in-depth analysis of operation and resource planning according to the sales trend as well as the service level of competitors and able to draw insight and suggest timely improvement plans and actions
  • Explore possible vendors to devise trade-in offer and be responsible for vendor management
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for the most effective and efficient progress and delivery of operational projects and initiatives

The Person

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ experience in telecommunication operations in a supervisory role
  • Proven experience in partnership and vendor management
  • Excellent in management presentation,  data analysis and using business intelligence tools
  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills in leading a team of professional operation managers and driving quality solution
  • A fast learner who is pleasant, creative, self-motivated, attentive to details
  • Able to drive project / program execution under tight schedule and manage projects independently
