Job Description

Our client is a world-class banking group looking for Assistant Training Manager for bancassurance to join.

Your new company
You will work at one of the leading international banks and they have established strong presence in insurance business within Hong Kong. Currently looking to strengthen its business further, this successful business is investing heavily in training support function in order to win more sales and enhance customer services experience.

Your new role
You will perform regular training and technical support to bancassurance sales staff. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Cultivate sales talents on product knowledge
  • Smoothen cooperation within bancassurance channel
  • Identify sales opportunities and challenges by monitoring sales performance
  • Look over and manage customer services quality
  • Assemble feedback from frontline to support High Net Worth team

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree holder with 3-5 years' experience in insurance industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and self-motivating mindset and attitude
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
