Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle remittance and retail account transactions (with 2 to 3 years of experience);
  • Handle SWIFT transaction in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Handle put-through payments (correspondent banking payments);
  • Support reconciliation of outward clearing and verifcation of inward clearing daily;
  • Handle enquiries from various departments and overseas branches;
  • Participate in the assigned UAT/BCP/project execution;
  • Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the department head.

 

 Our Requirements:

  • Tertiary or secondary education with minimum 5  to 8 years' relevant experience in banking industry;
  • Good knowledge in retail banking products and services, including current, savings, remittance related transactions handling;
  • Possess knowledge in cash will be an advantage;
  • Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage;
  • Good PC skills in Microsoft Office Applications.
