Implement the end to end testing strategy which integrates all parts of the custody programme
 Ensure testing strategy takes on board the principles of agile implementation
 Ensure alignment of testing approach across asset servicing and settlements & safekeeping
 Provide regional or local direction of testing activities to meet the goal of improved quality and service availability in the live environment;
 Develop and maintain high quality relationships with customers in service delivery, product as well as overall programme management
 Have oversight of the automation approaches across all programme wide testing areas
 Managing test phases from system testing all the way through to UAT
 Ensure testing tools like Atlassian are utilised effectively
 Produce high quality reporting for senior management as well as programme wide reporting on the progress of testing
 Ensure the testing strategy integrates with programme migration approach
 Oversee the definition and construction of large scale test environments
 Manage the testing process and organise the review and analysis of appropriate documentation;
 Contribute to ensuring the delivery of systems to the live environment meet the agreed quality expectations;
 Hands on experience of batch processing, defect investigation and analysis and validation
 Organisation of testing effort in accordance to risk both technical and business
 Appropriate escalation of issues affecting test execution and test preparation
 Participation in test cycles from coordination through to test execution.
 Managing and working with off shore test teams


IT experience in performance testing, infrastructure support, IT operations or vendor management roles desirable, with less in an equivalent technical discipline to be considered.
Excellent in written and spoken English with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a range of audiences.
Experience in Performance Test tools is desirable.
Tertiary qualifications are essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to promote healthy relationships and influence others.
Proactive and willing to drive changes to achieve positive outcomes.
Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity; strong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas.
Validating test results through diagnosis and analysis of various system/application error logs, transaction metrics, as well as database performance logs.
