Job Description

BMS Operator 


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Monitor the building Management System in the client’s office and all plant activities of the venue building services.
  • Received customers’ job request and pass it to the technical team for further action.
  • Provide the maintenance supervisor with planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule for implementation and handle the follow up on the same
  • Analyse the behavior of the plant with respect to the set point and setting up the various control parameters
  • Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities build on the building management system (BMS) e.g. data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc.
  • Handle client's enquiries and complains for technical relate issue
  • Work with technician team on maintenance arrangement




  • Diploma or above in building Services/ Electrical/ Engineering/ IT or related discipline.
  • 3 years working experience in handeling ELV/ BMS system/ project
  • Hands-on/ Hands off experience on such Building Control, Extra Low Voltage System or similar in the industry
  • Applicants are expected to have good communication skills working with users, vendors and landlord representatives.
