Job Description

This digital transformation company is currently working with 95% of S&P 500 companies and is looking for a strong change management candidate with experience working across sectors for document management and paperless digitization projects. The right candidate will have experience streamlining business processes and working with IT systems such as CRM, HR, Finance, and RPA.


  • Oversees and local directs activities of operations to achieve operational and costs performance targets.
  • Responsible for all DMS equipment, permanent and temporary staff (direct and indirect reporting line).
  • Ability to on-board new DMS projects within shortest timeline and/or align with customers requirement.
  • Maintain a safe working environment ensuring all local and national OHSA requirements, policies and procedures are being met as well as ensuring equipment and maintenance schedules are established and maintained for key operational equipment
  • Ensure customer expectation is met both in quality and speed of service delivery.
  • Develop solutions, organize, plan and deliver pro-active technical presentation, demo, POC environments and workshops for prospects, customers and key account teams;
  • Work with Iron Mountain's existing BD Executives (BDEs) and Account Managers (AM) with pre-appointment planning, strategies and able to speak on sales planning calls as a technical authority for ECM and IGS offerings.
  • Undertake forward planning in line with business and global directives in regard to property (footprint) utilisation, infrastructure to maximise existing footprints and operational resource needs
  • Assist BDEs and AMs with Statement of Work and Proposals to ensure solutions stated are best practice, accurate, logistically possible and are solutions which work within the client's culture and vertical market/
  • Prepare multi-year cost/pricing model, provide cost estimates along with bill of materials to come out with pricing solutions combining multiple resource such as labour, materials, subcontracts etc;
  • Maintain consistent, timely and high quality management reporting meeting requirements of the business.

  • Developing, succession planning, and ensuring high quality of talents.
  • Contribute to team effectiveness and Asia's overall business strategies and directions
  • Ensure SOP's, Procedure and Work Instruction are reviewed periodically and revised
  • Maintain a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of Service Quality, Customer satisfaction


  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline with preference in DMS operations/manufacturing experience
  • Strong leadership, management, drive to the result skills, Problem Solving
  • Strong communication, presentation, social and interpersonal skill
  • Good English communication
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience of costing metrics; Ability to set budgets, expectation and deliver results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A track record of high performance at a management level
  • Demonstrated success in an operations or logistics environment in a multi-site business
  • Demonstrated success in managing cost centres
  • Significant management experience in a similar vocation
  • Proven ability to contribute and work in a self-managed cross disciplined team environment
  • Direct experience in dealing with customers is desirable
