Job Description

Our client, a Japan based Manufacture and general wholesale company of bag and suitcase, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:


Job Description:

  • Delegate administrative tasks, oversee all administrative functions and obtain as much profit contribution as possible
  • Maximize the sales amount as well as to enhance brands performance 
  • Establish and accomplish business objectives, and develop strategic plans accordingly
  • Closely monitor company’s P&L Statement and Balance Sheet and take necessary actions
  • Conduct final check of company’s monthly accounting documents and make necessary report and explanation to Japan headquarters or auditor
  • Set company policies, operation standard, create and maintain budgets
  • Make shop-opening/closing plan and negotiate with developers of commercial facilities
  • Closely monitor and control inventory and take necessary actions to keep it on a healthy and appropriate level
  • Coordinate with local managers and staff to make MD, sales and marketing plans and monitor its accomplishment
  • Coordinate with local managers and staff to recruit, train and evaluate employees
  • Final check the monthly summary documents of material-procurement business
  • Communicate and negotiate on important matters of material-procurement business
  • Communicate with a supplier located in USA and factory in China
  • Conduct business trips to Tokyo 2/annual for exhibitions



  • More than 5 years' experience in retail sales and marketing in apparel/consumer products
  • More than 5 year’s manager/supervisor role
  • Someone who has potential of becoming a General Manager
  • Have a network with department stores and landlord of shopping malls
  • Someone who can handle multiple tasks
  • Good command of English. Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills



  • Salary up to 35K (depends on experience)
