Job Description

The holder of this post will ensure that the firm has a clear and effective marketing strategy to develop our brand in the region, drive awareness and brand reputation among our key audiences (including prospective clients, employees and business partners) and achieve our ongoing business targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a focused marketing strategy for the East Asia region and effectively identify target audience, deliver key message and leverage available channel to drive awareness, conversion and on-going retention of our key clients
  • Work with key stakeholders and business units to develop effective marketing plan to drive the business growth
  • Drive the strategic branding strategy of the Region to enhance the engagement with the specific target stakeholders
  • Ensure the brand is promoted accurately and professionally in any communications with actual and potential partners and clients
  • Evaluate competitive challenges for brand and identify opportunities for growth enhancement
  • Conduct market research and analyse competitive activity and trend in markets

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or business related discipline
  • At least 10 years of professional experience, with a deep understanding of all aspects of branding and marketing strategy
  • Experience in construction/engineering industry will be an advantage
  • Track record of both developing strategies to meet goals and executing effectively on that strategy; great planner with excellent follow through
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in writing, in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to lead effectively through relationships, persuasion and influence
  • Sense of deep personal responsibility for the organization’s success
