Job Description

Purpose Statement:
Assist in the development, communication and implementation of Brand strategies and consumer engagement activities which are aligned to Marketing. Special focus will be on the regulatory environment making sure that all brand briefs are submitted OTIF for smooth implementation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop all brand deliverables regarding new Regulation for hand-over to Deployment Group & work in close collaboration with the team to ensure brand strategy / plans are executed accordingly.
  • Manage external agencies to ensure day-today activities related to Brand NPI's are performed with required quality and agreed to cost & timescales as defined in operational Brand plan.
  • Execute local specific marketing mix elements (packaging) for the entire brand portfolio. To ensure Brand objectives are achieved.

 Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Experience in brand management in a reputable and progressive tobacco or FMCG company
  • Knowledge of product development process, New Product Introduction, Creative Agency management and campaign planning
  • Effective project management and influencing skills
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external Suppliers
  • Previous project management experience
  • Marketing qualification is desirable
