Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Review Company’s brand / product portfolio and make recommendations on any change based on consumer insights for both Domestic & International markets.
  • Plan & execute branding campaigns.
  • Take lead on all advertising & PR events with agency on creative and design developments.
  • Take lead in new products development from idea generation to commercialization by working with internal & external parties.
  • Conduct & analyze market research / retail audit.
  • Take lead in consumer promotions and other assigned projects.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines.
  • At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in FMCG Marketing, some of them gained from brand management, preferably in MNC.
  • Relevant working exposures in food products is a definite advantage.
  • Proven track records of new product launches.
  • Capable to lead a team with different backgrounds and to deliver results.
  • Self-driven and able to work under pressure.

 

The candidates with lesser working experience will be considered to the post of Assistant Brand Manager.
