Job Description

Brand Manager

From assisting in strategic market planning to initiating customers activation, the incumbent will be a capable professional who has opportunities in materializing a market concept and generating business results.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, he / she will drive brand development of assigned portfolio, conduct market researches and analysis of sales figures, propose and execute appropriate marketing plans to meet growth objectives, support new product launches and programs via business partners; as well as formulate total CRM strategies.


  • University graduate in Marketing, Statistics or Business related disciplines
  • 6-8 years of relevant working experience gained from consumer products and with solid ATL & BTL foundations, market research, business analysis & strategic planning, preferably in FMCG or retail industry
  • Creative, independent, mature with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail minded with solid experience in working with creative agency and research house
  • Strong budget management skills with good business acumen
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
