Job Description

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop innovative brand campaign(ATL + BTL) in line with business objectives and global strategies
  • Lead cross-border eCommerce (CBEC) marketing campaign from planning to execution (material adaption, campaign ideation, media buy, KOL, event etc.)
  • Act as a business owner to develop shopper based sales driven go-to-market campaigns
  • Behave as a brand champion, ensuring brand equity and guidelines are upheld in all communications
  • Develop by channel go to market maximization plans for new product innovation
  • Lead consumer understanding and market landscape understanding research
  • Manage varies agencies on a day-to-day basis
  • Work closely with CBEC sales team and HK sales team on the planning and execution activities
  • Plan and manage marketing spending budget

 

 Requirements:

  • University Graduate
  • At least 5 years MNC consumer marketing experience, and 2+ years ecommerce marketing related experience, China cross border ecommerce experience is a plus
  • Familiar with China and Hong Kong social media environment and consumer insights
  • Strategic thinking and analytic skills to understand business and develop plans
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly and enjoy a fast paced environment
  • Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
  • Passionate about a healthy, happy lifestyle
  • Strong business sense and trade understanding
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken & written English & Mandarin/Cantonese  
  • Frequent traveler within China & Hong Kong to meet with EC platform and facilitate consumer campaigns
