Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop brand campaign (ATL & BTL) in line with business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Act as a business owner to develop shopper based sales driven go-to-market campaigns.
  • Behave as a brand champion, ensuring brand equity and guidelines are upheld in all communications.
  • Lead cross functional teams to drive new product innovation launch with the support from Marketing Manager.
  • Lead consumer understanding and market landscape understanding research.
  • Manage varies agencies on a day-to-day basis.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing team on the planning and execution of in-store activities.
  • Plan and manage approved marketing spending budget to achieve business objectives including P&L.

 

Job Requirements

  • University Graduate.
  • Minimum 5 years ATL & BTL marketing experience from multinational companies.
  • Relevant experience from global beauty & skincare brand is essential.
  • Social & digital marketing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strategic thinking and analytic skills to understand business and develop marketing plans.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
  • Effectively manage and meet internal and external stakeholder expectations.
  • Passionate about a healthy, happy lifestyle.
  • Excellent communication, project management & presentation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English & Mandarin/Cantonese.
