Job Description

- Bachelor degree with good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- familiar with building and contract management for premises, preferably to have around 3 years' experience in LCSD performing arts venues and hands-on experience in building management duties is an advantage
- hands on PC skills
- to work in the Performing Venues Office and assist in the planning, implementation and supervision of various renovation / improvement projects related to the building management of the Venue, monitor the daily maintenance of the Venue facilities, perform contract management of security and cleaning services, liaise with suppliers about procurement related to maintenance of the Venue facilities, enforce house rules and regulations as well as handle enquiries, requests and complaints on building management matters
