Job Description

  • Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or building services related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in building services coordination works.
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Experience in using of BIM software is an advantage.
  • Candidate with less experience and / or qualification may apply Assistant Building Services Co-ordinator.
  • Immediate available is definitely an advantage.
