Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a project team member leaded by project manager mainly focusing on the firm-wide Business Process Management System revamp project.
  • Collects and document business requirement, analyses and develops software solutions according to software development lifecycle.
  • Review source code from existing Business Process Management System written in C#.NET and analyze the business knowledge for process improvements.
  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, solution development, and propose solutions.
  • Communicate with vendor for system implementation and enhancements.
  • Liaise with development team to enhance both new and existing systems.
  • Examine, review and refine software quality for deployment.
  • Closely work with users & IT teams to perform Testing, Production rollout & assist in production support when necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree major in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years system development experience with basic analytical skills convertible to a Business Analyst role.
  • Proven Application Development experiences in C#.NET.
  • Experience in collecting user requirement, analysis and testing.
  • Experience in managing vendor or offshore development team.
  • Experience in leading small sized projects is a plus.
  • Experience in MS SQL Server, FoxPro, PHP, web pages & mobile app is a plus.
  • Experience in Business Process Management System is a plus.
  • Initiative, independent, analytical skills, problem solving skills, good team player and fast-learner.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus.
  • A Certified International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent experience is a plus.
