Job Description

Our client, a luxury product retailer is looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team as a Business Analyst 


  • This position aims at business enhancement
  • Based on the business performance, prepare analyical reports and statistics to provide the whole picture to management
  • Identify areas for improvement
  • Work with CRM team and study customers' behaviour
  • Support the development business model of retails and showroom
  • Involve in the process of incentive and commission scheme review
  • Develop KPI with cooperating with retail and IT team
  • In charge of UAT for report development & system enhancement
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned


  • Degree or above in Statistics, Finance, Martketing or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years relevant experience. Candidates with luxury retail experience is an advantage
  • Experienced in cross-functional project management
  • Highly analytical and attentive to details
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and can work both independently and in a team
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage

Location: Kowloon Area
