Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with different stakeholders including IT technical staff, business users, front-line users, outsourcing vendors and other relevant parties to ensure effective project implementation
  • Prepare project proposals and conduct presentations to top management
  • Perform gap analysis, product analysis, cost-benefit analysis and vendor assessments for projects in different scales
  • Lead and participate in requirements gathering, analysis and prepare documentations, such as system models, business use cases, diagrams & flow-charts in accordance with business needs
  • Validate initiatives raised by business stakeholders and identify the potential process improvement opportunities or the business benefits
  • Prepare documentations including system documentation, user manual and training materials for in house applications & systems
  • Handle ad hoc duties or projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
  • At least 6 years' post-qualification IT experience of which 3 years must be in similar post and in comparable capacity
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in Mobile Application (iOS and Andriod) and Cloud technologies (Azure and AWS)
  • Solid experience in driving new products and complex innovation projects related to IOT / Big Data / Artificial Intelligence
  • Able to demonstrate significant business process analysis capability
  • Understand the complexities and challenges of the organization, integrated processes, information and technologies in order to develop future-state models to best realize organizational strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and partner with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Innovative self-starter, responsible, highly motivated, business savvy with strong people skills
  • Adapt effectively to changing plans and priorities
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following business areas: Property Management, Retail or Real Estate
