Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing the business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation on Group’s ERP project
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to analyze the user expectations, concerns and value for the solution
  • Evaluate and analyze the user requirements
  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage and monitor system development and implementation progress
  • Work closely with users and technical team to drive user testing exercises including UAT test plan, Scripts and User Guide etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 3 – 5 years’ business analysis and operation support experience, preferable gained in property developer or sizeable organization
  • Solid experience in ERP system implementation or procurement processes and procedures, especially on hotel’s procure-to-pay and supplier’s order-to-cash is highly preferred
  • PMP and / or Agile project experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • A good team player, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and report writing skill in English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Business Analyst
