Job Description

Job Duties:

  • to assist in identifying business problems and need, understanding stakeholders' concerns and requirements for implementation of the e-submission enhancement project;
  • to assist in managing user expectations and needs, resolving any issues and conflicts among stakeholders in particular between end-users and project team and verifying the major components or functions of the e-submission enhancement project by participating in the system and user acceptance tests;
  • to evaluate the launched e-submission enhancement project to ensure that business benefits are realised as planned and user requirements are fully met;
  • to assist in user training and development of the e-submission enhancement project and provide support project manager to manage project progress, changes, risks and issues related to business analysis;
  • to assist in performing quality control on deliverables of system implementation, including preparation of user acceptance test plans, conducting of user acceptance test, participation in system integration test, load test and disaster recovery drill test, documentation reviews and progress monitoring;
  • to design and modify the customer satisfaction survey of the e-submission service, analyse the data from the customer satisfaction survey, compile statistic reports and provide recommendations for improvement of the e-submission service based on the data from the customer satisfaction survey; and

You should:

  • hold a local degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology or related fields;
  • have a minimum of three (3) years' post-qualification full-time working experience with good job records, preferably with at least one (1) year of experience as a liaison officer between business units and technology teams, transcribing businessrequirements to system requirements for system design, implementation, enhancement and on-going support, and coordinating with business users to perform quality control and review on the system deliverables;
  • be proficient in Chinese and English and have effective communication skills;
  • have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • possess strong customer service mind and sense of responsibility and be self-motivated; and
  • preferably have experience in IT system implementation project using Agile methodology.
