Job Description

Our client is one of the leading Banks and insurances in Hong Kong with a need to hire a Business Analyst, responsible for implementation of business process re-engineering projects & digital projects.


  • Handle user requirement collection, business analysis of application
  • Analyse system processes and requirements, and re-design to achieve benefits
  • Adopt re-engineering methodologies and technologies to research, evaluate and develop change options
  • Perform Quality Assurance/User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout support in development projects
  • Produce documentations including but not limited to requirement specification, test plan and training manuals
  • Work closely with IT Application Team and business stakeholders


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in project implementation, insurance & Banking background is preferable. More experience may be considered as Senior Business analyst.
  • Fresh grad are also welcome
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
