Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively work with business to understand project requirements and identify best business flow and priorities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and IT teams to timely deliver system design, development and implementation processes
  • Perform UAT to ensure smooth transition to production
  • Design and implement proper UAT procesures and provide end-user training
  • Timely review deliverable and communicate effectively to drive project completion and end-to-end application implementation

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Background in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of database management
  • Hands-on experience in revamping Agency Commission Systems
  • A problem solver and a self-driven team player
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly fluent English spoken and written abilities, with conversational Mandarin or higher proficiency
  • Down-to-earth and willing to learn
