Job Description

Leading business & technology consultancy group with presence across 5 continents and 50 countries is looking to enlarge the digital consultancy capacity across all teams. Financial service advisory team would offer the right candidates a chance to work on one of the largest regional bancassurance transformation programme.

The right candidate will draw out and communicate requirements and help devise effective solutions that are in line with the strategic aims of the client. Also this management consultant will work with Product Owners and Development teams using agile principles and processes to identify, digitalize the operation process of a new insurance product.

Key areas business analysts will be focused on:

  • Work with a few other domain experts as key advise resource to guide on a new insurance product line launch
  • Produce business & functional requirement documents, product specifications, workflows, use cases and functional integration documents
  • Perform gap analysis w.r.t merger or replacement of the insurance product launch process
  • Perform system scope walkthrough & presentation with business executives
  • Analyse functional change requests and track change impact on project deliverables
  • Lead system roll-out planning in coordination with business & IT teams
  • Coordinate actions with business, IT & vendors to drive closure of functional issues
  • Act as a Project Manager to identify potential risks around functional scope & quality.
  • Provide appropriate summary of functional coverage, system quality & outstanding issues/ defects for project reporting

As an Business Transformation Consultant, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • 5 – 10 years of professional work experience preferably in financial services or insurance
  • Min 3 years’ experience working in Insurance Industry as a BA or PM
  • Good knowledge of Insurance Product Launch or overall operation process optimization
  • Previous working experience within an international working environment is desirable
  • Solid problem solving skills, ability to analyse complex data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions / solutions
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin
